You may cancel a flexible reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 2 days before arrival. Please note that we will charge a cancellation fee equal to the first night accommodation booked if you must cancel after this deadline. If you have booked a non-refundable rate and made a prepayment, we will retain all of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card.
If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund and assist in finding alternative accommodation.
